My career began at RTL Netherlands, where I worked as a Content Coordinator, developing youth-focused brands on platforms like YouTube and Instagram. I provided talent with a platform to grow and helped them seize opportunities as presenters within RTL.
After my time at RTL, I further specialized in Talent Management, (commercial) partnerships, and Influencer Marketing at We Are Era (part of RTL Group). Here, I worked with leading talent and played an active role in unlocking new opportunities in the rapidly evolving media landscape.
At Going Places Management, I expanded my expertise by contributing to the growth of the agency. I was responsible for recruiting talent, setting up collaborations, and attracting clients. Thanks to my efforts, the agency grew into a thriving business with 15 exclusive talents and a strong network of clients and partners.
Now, I am taking the next step into entrepreneurship with MarMi Agency.
